Terms of Use

At a glance: Solsty is a personal agenda app and is currently free. The content you enter belongs to you. The app is provided "as is"; you are responsible for backing up important data.

1. Scope of these terms

By using Solsty (app.solsty.net and versions downloaded from app stores), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

The service is a personal project operated by Bilal Arıkan.

2. Account

You can use the app without creating an account.
If you create an account, you must provide a valid email address.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for actions taken through your account.
You can delete your account from the app at any time.
You must not create an account if you are under 13.

3. Your content belongs to you

Everything you enter in the app belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your content; we do not use it for marketing, give it to third parties or process it for other purposes, including training AI models.

Your content is accessed only to the extent technically necessary to provide the service, including storage, syncing between your devices and backups.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use the service for an unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access someone else's account without permission.
Intentionally overload the system or disrupt its operation.
Misuse the app through reverse engineering or attempt to bypass security measures.

We may suspend or close your account for use that violates this section. Where legally permitted, we will allow a reasonable period for you to download your data.

5. Pricing

Core app features are free and will remain free. We may offer a paid subscription for additional features in the future. If we do:

Pricing and scope will be clearly shown before purchase.
A feature that is free today will not later be placed behind a paywall.
Access to your own data will always be free; you can view and export your data even after a subscription ends.

6. Service availability and backups

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, failures or provider outages may occur.

You are responsible for keeping backups. We make regular encrypted server backups, but this does not guarantee that your data cannot be lost. In particular, without an account your data exists only on your device. If you clear browser data, it cannot be recovered.

Regularly download a backup from Settings → Data Management.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. This limitation does not affect liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or rights provided by consumer law.

Solsty is not a health, medical or financial advice tool. Sleep, measurement and budget records are for personal tracking only; seek professional advice for medical or financial decisions.

8. Ending the service

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email to account holders and allow time to export their data.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the date above will be updated. We notify account holders by email of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.
