Delete your account and data

You can delete your Solsty account from the app, including accounts created using Google, Apple or Facebook when those sign-in methods are available.

1. Open Solsty and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete account and complete the confirmation. Password accounts require the account password. For a social account without a password, sign in again and delete the account within five minutes.

Deletion removes your account, linked sign-in identities, active sessions and the personal app data associated with that account from the live service. This cannot be undone. Download any data you want to keep before deleting the account.

Data stored only on a device

To remove offline data from a device, use Settings → Data Management → Reset Data or clear the app's browser storage. Remove any backup files you downloaded separately. Removing a Google, Apple or Facebook connection alone does not delete your Solsty account.

If you cannot access your account

Email info@solsty.net from the address associated with your Solsty account, with the subject “Solsty data deletion”. Include the account email and sign-in method. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or private keys.

Security logs and any backup copies follow the retention and legal requirements described in the privacy policy.
